Winslow Willow is a woodland fairy and together with her sidekick, Winchester the winged horse they live happily in the forest. One day the peace of the forest is shattered by some unwelcome visitors but working together all of Winslow Willow's friends pull together and defeat them. No violence, engaging illustrations by the author's daughter, and a happy ending make this a suitable story for children of all ages.

Written and illustrated by mother and daughter. Daughter Stevie Aubuchon-Mendoza's charming illustrations perfectly complement mother Vicki-Ann Bush's endearing tale of unity.
