I know that Spring is considered the time of rebirth, but for me I never feel more alive than in the Fall. The colors, the crisp air, the impending changes to come with a new year, these things excite me and bring with them an energy like no other season.
I get pure joy when I decorate my altar for Fall, and a sense of peace too. It's such a strange range of emotions for me. This year, I'll be doing a little traveling. If you haven't seen my posts on Facebook, I've been invited to a multi-author event at The Gilded Page Book Store in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The festivities will be on Saturday, October 7th from 11am to 4pm. I'll be located in one of the three lounges within the store, so if you're in the area please stop by and say hello. On the 28th of October, Victoria Kaer and I, will be at the Halloween Emporium and Haunted Tea Room for an afternoon of witchy fun. On November 4th, I'll be sharing the day with several friends from the Coffee House Tours and joining us will be more of your hometown, local authors. This will Copper Cat Books first annual Fall Book Festival. This is a family friendly event with goodies, refreshments and live music by Sorcie Elle, a local and very talented recording artist. We're going to have a lot of fun!
