Time for a New Chapter
The days are shorter, the nights longer, and the temperature in Oregon is dropping. I love autumn, it's my favorite time of the year. Not only for the beautiful color, but also for the feeling I get every time it arrives. Hope. Empowerment. Possibilities.
This year the season also brings another author change for me. About a year ago I decided the time I spent on a newsletter and a blog was daunting, I made the choice to drop the newsletter. I now realize the better option would have been to focus on the newsletter and close out my blog. I've enjoyed our time together, and I hope you'll opt in for my newsletter and stay on this journey with me.
Creating a balance between social media promotion, writing, editing, book signings, and a number of behind-the-scenes duties that an author does to remain viable, is
time-consuming. My first love is always engaging with readers, getting to know who you are, and the newsletter gives me a chance to explore fun extras like giveaways, book reveals, and holiday treats.
